The Happy Crew!
A toast to our host....GrandPa Bredo!
After lunch, it was time to roll up the sleeves and get to work.....
Here's the
job that needed to be done......100 pounds of water ice.

Digging out the frost is hard work. The working conditions are pretty difficult. Cramped, cold and not easy to access.
Here are the tags
that are actually attached to the body inside the stainless steel sarcophagus.
Both have Bredo's name and number. One says "Head" the other "Toe".
Both come out of the same end of the sarcophagus.....go figure.

If you look closely
here, you can see where we have actually shifted the sarcophagus towards the
boxes about six inches. This allows us to actually surround the sarcophagus
with ice rather than just two sides, as before.
In the small pix, you can see where the sarcophagus was before we moved it.

After we
got the box cleaned out and the sarcophagus right where we wanted it, it was
time to pour on the Ice! We loaded 2000 pounds into the box and we had a little
over a hundred pounds left over giving us about 2150 pounds of Frozen Carbon
Dioxide Cryonic Preservative. Notice who does most of the work,,,,,and who just
sits around looking pretty.

Of
course, Grandpa wanted to be hospitible. Everyone was invited to really Chill
with Grandpa.
Some were more comfortable than others.....

See You at the Next Grave Diggers Lunch...
